THE POSITION:
As a Contract Manager, you will manage, draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and cybersecurity standards. You will oversee the lifecycle of contracts, mitigate risks, and maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Identify risks within contracts and propose solutions to mitigate business and legal exposure.
Ensure contracts align with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Maintain a contract repository, track deadlines, and ensure timely renewals or amendments.
Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on contract status and performance.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in contract management, preferably in the IT, cybersecurity, or cloud services sectors.
Knowledge of Italian and EU contract law, with an emphasis on data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools.
