GEN AI TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

THE POSITION:

As a GenAI Technical Architect, you will take the lead in designing and implementing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions within a secure and scalable architecture.

Your role bridges cutting-edge AI technology with real-world applications, ensuring that AI models are seamlessly integrated into complex IT ecosystems.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing AI-driven innovation to our projects while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Through strategic technical leadership, you will empower teams to harness AI's potential and drive digital transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement scalable Generative AI architectures, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

• Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring.

• Define best practices for AI security, compliance, and governance, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST AI RMF.

• Optimize AI model performance, balancing latency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in production environments.

• Implement DevSecOps and MLOps best practices, integrating AI/ML models into automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and cloud architects to enhance AI infrastructure and operational efficiency.

• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, evaluating new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Drive AI adoption by developing internal standards, reusable components, and best practices for enterprise AI solutions.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML and cloud-based solutions.

• Proven expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-related services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI Service.

• Deep understanding of AI security best practices, adversarial attack mitigation, model explainability, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in MLOps and DevSecOps, working with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, MLflow, Kubeflow, ArgoCD.

• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and knowledge retrieval systems.

• Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and cloud automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).

• Familiarity with API development, microservices, and serverless architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Living in London or willing to relocate to this city.

• Preferred: AI/ML certifications (AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent).
