THE POSITION
The Typescript Software Engineer plays a key role in building and optimizing modern web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. This role focuses primarily on React/Next.js, crafting engaging and responsive user experiences.
The developer works on web applications, with occasional involvement in mobile projects, utilizing React Native and Node.js/Nest.js. Collaboration is essential, applying best development practices, leveraging cloud technologies like AWS, and continuously improving applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using React/Next.js.
Implement clean and reusable Typescript code, ensuring maintainability and efficiency.
Contribute to mobile projects with React Native when applicable.
Work with Node.js/Nest.js for backend development and API integrations.
Leverage AWS cloud services to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.
Operate in an Agile environment, ensuring timely feature releases and continuous improvements.
Write unit and integration tests to maintain high software quality standards.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in modern JavaScript/Typescript development.
Strong expertise in React and Next.js for front-end development.
Experience in either React Native or Node.js/Nest.js (both preferred).
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
Knowledge of AWS cloud services (helpful but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of best practices in front-end and back-end development.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote setting.
